CUSTOM MCP SERVER AND CHATGPT APP DEVELOPMENT

We build custom MCP servers and ChatGPT apps.

Connect ChatGPT to your product’s real data and actions.

We handle the architecture, development, integrations, authentication, interface, testing, deployment, and launch preparation. When the project is complete, we hand over the source code, infrastructure, accounts, and documentation.

One fixed project price. No required subscription. You own everything.

Tell us what you want people to accomplish through ChatGPT. We will determine what needs to be built.

Make your product usable through ChatGPT

Without an MCP server, ChatGPT can only work with the information already available to it or manually provided by the user.

A custom MCP server gives ChatGPT controlled access to your live systems.

Depending on your product, users could:

    • Search live products, properties, inventory, or services
    • Check prices and availability
    • Compare suitable options
    • Generate quotes
    • Create bookings or reservations
    • Start checkout
    • Retrieve account information
    • Create or update records
    • Complete actions through your existing software

The exact tools and permissions are designed around your product and its users.

    What we build

    /01

    Custom MCP Servers

We build production MCP servers that securely connect ChatGPT to your APIs, databases, and existing software.

    Your MCP server can include:

    • Read and write tools
    • API and database integrations
    • Structured tool responses
    • Authentication and account linking
    • User permissions and access controls
    • Input validation
    • Error handling
    • Logging and monitoring setup
    • Deployment configuration
    • Testing and documentation

We design the tools around the actions users need to complete. We do not simply expose every internal API endpoint.

    Example workflows

    Product discovery and checkout

    A user asks:

Find the best camera kit for a two-day documentary shoot next weekend.

    The ChatGPT app can:

    1. 1Search the company’s live inventory
    2. 2Check availability for the requested dates
    3. 3Compare suitable equipment
    4. 4Recommend necessary accessories
    5. 5Calculate the estimated price
    6. 6Create a quote or open checkout

    Booking and availability

    A user asks:

Show me available properties for six people near the city center next month.

    The ChatGPT app can:

    1. 1Search live listings
    2. 2Check dates and occupancy
    3. 3Apply the user’s requirements
    4. 4Compare available options
    5. 5Display property details
    6. 6Start the booking process

    Software actions

    A user asks:

Show me overdue rentals and prepare follow-up messages for each customer.

    The MCP server can:

    1. 1Verify the user’s identity and permissions
    2. 2Query live rental records
    3. 3Identify overdue items
    4. 4Group cases by urgency
    5. 5Prepare the requested follow-up actions

The assistant is using tools connected to real systems. It is not guessing from a copied document.

    White-glove delivery

    1. Scope

We identify the users, workflows, data sources, actions, permissions, and systems involved.

You receive a fixed proposal defining:

    • What will be built
    • Included integrations
    • Included tools
    • Authentication requirements
    • Deployment responsibilities
    • Testing and acceptance criteria
    • Delivery timeline
    • Fixed project price

    2. Design

We design the MCP tools and ChatGPT experience around the tasks users need to complete.

This includes tool selection, input schemas, outputs, permissions, error states, and interface requirements.

    3. Build

We develop the MCP server, ChatGPT app, integrations, authentication, interface, tests, and deployment configuration.

The project is built in repositories and infrastructure that will belong to you.

    4. Test and deploy

We test tool selection, outputs, permissions, error handling, and complete workflows.

We then deploy the production MCP endpoint into your infrastructure and connect it to ChatGPT.

If publication is included, we also prepare the required submission materials and support the submission from your publisher account.

    5. Handover

Once the agreed acceptance criteria are met, we hand over the complete project.

Our access can then be removed and relevant credentials rotated.

    You own the finished product

The project is built for you and handed over to you.

Depending on the agreed scope, you receive:

    • Complete source code
    • Git repository
    • MCP server
    • ChatGPT app configuration
    • Interface source code
    • Tool definitions and schemas
    • Integration code
    • Deployment configuration
    • Test cases
    • Environment variable inventory
    • Technical documentation
    • Deployment and rollback instructions
    • Submission materials
    • Recorded handover session

    You control:

    • Your cloud account
    • Your hosting
    • Your domain
    • Your source code
    • Your credentials
    • Your OpenAI organization
    • Your publisher account
    • Your app listing
    • Your operating costs

There is no required dashboard, hosting plan, maintenance subscription, or dependency on our platform.

    One-time project pricing

Every project has a defined scope and a fixed price.

After the scoping call, we provide a proposal covering the deliverables, timeline, integrations, acceptance criteria, payment schedule, and ownership terms.

Hosting, cloud usage, API charges, domains, and third-party services are paid directly by you.

There is no required monthly subscription.

If you later need troubleshooting, maintenance, platform updates, new tools, or additional features, we can scope and quote that work separately.

    Who this is for

This service is a good fit if:

    • You have an existing product, API, database, catalog, or business system
    • You know what users should be able to accomplish through ChatGPT
    • Your data is structured and accessible
    • The proposed tools would save time, create revenue, or improve your product
    • You want complete ownership of the finished system
    • You want one team to handle the entire implementation

This is not a fit if:

    • You only want ChatGPT to mention your company more often
    • You want guaranteed traffic or automatic ChatGPT recommendations
    • You need a generic website chatbot
    • You do not have a functioning underlying product or data source
    • You expect indefinite hosting or maintenance to be included in the project price

    Frequently asked questions

    01What is an MCP server?+

An MCP server gives ChatGPT controlled access to external data and actions.

It defines the tools ChatGPT can use, the information each tool requires, what it returns, and which users are allowed to use it.

    02What is a ChatGPT app?+

A ChatGPT app is an experience that allows users to access your product and its tools from within ChatGPT.

It can use your MCP server, display structured results, request authentication, show an interactive interface, and allow users to complete supported actions.

    03Do I need both?+

A ChatGPT app normally needs an MCP server to provide its tools and data.

You can also hire us to build an MCP server without creating a public ChatGPT app.

We will recommend the correct scope during the initial call.

04Do we need an existing API?+

    Not always.

We can sometimes connect directly to an appropriate database, feed, or existing system. We first need to review how your data is stored and what access is available.

If your underlying systems require major development before an MCP server can be built, we will identify that during scoping.

    05Is hosting included?+

    No.

We deploy the finished MCP server into infrastructure you control. You pay the hosting provider directly and remain responsible for ongoing infrastructure costs after handover.

    06Is there a monthly subscription?+

    No required subscription.

The initial engagement is a one-time, fixed-scope project. Any future troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, or feature development is quoted separately.

    07Who owns the source code?+

    You do.

The agreed source code, deployment configuration, documentation, and project assets are handed over when the project is completed and paid for.

08Can you publish the app for us?+

We can prepare the submission and support the publication process through your verified OpenAI organization.

OpenAI makes the final review and approval decision. We cannot guarantee approval or a specific review timeline.

09Will ChatGPT automatically recommend our app?+

    Not necessarily.

A published app can be accessed through its listing and direct link. Publication does not guarantee directory promotion, proactive recommendations, or customer traffic.

10Can the MCP server work with other MCP clients?+

A standards-based MCP server may also work with compatible MCP clients.

However, authentication, interfaces, tool behavior, and supported features can differ between clients. We only guarantee the platforms explicitly included and tested in the project scope.

    11How long does a project take?+

The timeline depends on the number of tools, integrations, authentication requirements, interface complexity, and condition of the existing systems.

You receive a specific delivery timeline before the project begins.

    12What happens after handover?+

You can operate the project independently.

If you later need help, we can provide a separate quote for troubleshooting, maintenance, additional tools, platform updates, or new features.
