Retained case-study route · Evidence review

ICI case study evidence review.

Outcome claims remain unpublished until the evidence is reconciled. This URL is retained for existing visitors while the source dataset, permission record, and methodology are reviewed.

What must be reconciled before publication

A case study cannot convert delivery evidence into an observed market outcome without a separate, reproducible measurement method.

/01

Permission and source record

Confirm permission to use the customer name, quote, identity, screenshots, implementation detail, and observation data.

/02

Prompt and platform set

Publish the exact tested prompts, included answer platforms, run dates, and any exclusions or failed runs.

/03

Sample and baseline

Define the sample size, baseline period, comparison period, and whether runs were paired or independent.

/04

Metric definitions

Define mentions, citations, position, share of voice, accuracy, and any composite score before calculating results.

/05

Calculation and review

Recompute each proposed number from one source dataset and obtain an independent arithmetic and claims review.

/06

Limitations

State uncertainty, platform variability, confounding changes, and why observation does not establish causal attribution.

Delivery evidence remains distinct

Routing logs can establish which request class was detected and which representation the delivery layer returned. Synchronization records can establish coverage and freshness. Those facts do not by themselves show that a third party ingested, cited, ranked, or recommended the content.
