Privacy Notice

How Personno Inc. handles DualWeb visitor and enquiry data. This notice covers the marketing site and public inquiry tools; it does not replace a customer data-processing agreement or product-specific privacy terms.

Information you provide

/01

Project inquiries

Name, work email, company, selected product line, and the project context you choose to submit.

/02

Scanner submissions

A public website URL submitted for a live, bounded server-side fetch. Do not submit private, authenticated, internal, or sensitive URLs.

How the information is used

Inquiry data is used to review and respond to the request. Scanner input is used to fetch and analyze the requested public pages and return the result. We do not intentionally place submitted form contents or scanner URLs into analytics events.

Operational logs may process request time, status, source IP, and security information needed to protect the service. Retention and customer-specific processing should be defined in the applicable agreement and infrastructure policy.

Analytics and cross-domain attribution

The site uses one tag-manager integration. Cross-brand handoffs record the source domain, source path, destination, product line, and CTA label. The paired-event method does not claim that separate analytics properties share one session and does not add campaign parameters to links.

Browser and network settings may limit referrer or analytics data. Do not include sensitive information in URLs.

Service providers and choices

Hosting, scheduling, analytics, and inquiry delivery may be processed by configured service providers acting for the site operator. Their availability and privacy terms apply to those services.

You may contact us to ask about marketing-site information associated with your inquiry, subject to applicable law and necessary security verification.
